And that is our own 'MIND'. Various thoughts originate in mind and again those thoughts get disappear and again a new thought originates and gets disappeared and so on. It is a continuous process. A better or bitter experience in life is a result of our thought process.
When we move on in our life we have to go through different phases and make different choices. An ability to make a choice is again a result of thought process. A bad choice can make our life miserable and a good choice can make our life blissful. It simply depends on what choice we make.
Well, some learned people have made it clear that everything that originates in this world and our 'MIND' will surely disappear and everything is in the state of change, though very minute but changes are there. These changes in the natural forces around us,directly or indirectly, influence our thought process. Our thought process influence our ability to choose. These all are inter-related.With all this in MIND, if we move forward keeping our mind neutral in all kinds of situations, we get happiness. By 'keeping our mind neutral' I mean not to averse in unfavourable situations and not to crave in favorable situations. These 'Aversions' and 'Cravings' take away our happiness from us. We have to stay away from them. It depends on our choice again, what we choose. If we choose to stay neutral then we are happy enough. Well, choice matters.
We all know the ultimate goal of life is to be 'Happy'. Happiness is achieved my making right choices in life. Choice of making your mind neutral in every kind of situation and moving on will keep happiness around. Influential Greek Philosopher Aristotle once said,"Choice and not a chance determines destiny." It is very clear from his statement that we are the result of what choices we make. If we want happiness as our destiny, let's choose happiness. If we don't want happiness as our destiny, there is no point in this because everybody wants happiness. Let's choose to be happy.
Be Happy and Spread Happiness. :-)
